The Midwife is a character who appears in "Songs of the Dark Lantern".

Appearance[]

The midwife wears a green dress with an apron and bonnet. She has light skin and brown hair.

Biography[]

The midwife was at the tavern when Wirt, Gregory, and Beatrice arrived there. She was pointed out by the Tavern Keeper, at which point she spit up a fish. After the toymaker called Wirt the "young lover", she demanded that Wirt sing a love song and threw him onto the tavern's stage.
